Our recruitment process is designed to ensure the best candidate experience. It consists of a series of competency interviews and case studies with the aim of discussing your skills, your career expectations, and the Eki environment.
In your first contact with Eki, we will aim to fully understand the purpose of your application so we can adapt our recruitment process to best suit your profile. You will then interview with both your peers and members of the management team. Throughout the interview process, you will be evaluated in line with our double profile standards, which includes both your business expertise as a consultant and your technical know-how as a data scientist, as well as a cultural match between you and Ekimetrics.
