What our people say
I joined Ekimetrics in 2011 for my final year internship and have been a Partner since 2020. As a Partner, I work on two major accounts, one in the FMCG sector and one in the automotive sector. In 2016, I moved to New York where I spent four years building the team. It was a super-challenging experience but also a very rewarding one.
I joined Ekimetrics in 2019 and am now a manager. At Ekimetrics, we all have a say in our own careers. Numerous initiatives have been put in place to encourage personal and professional development. The consultant’s career path is clear, with precise objectives that allow each person to see where they stand at any given moment but also to plan their careers.
I joined Ekimetrics in 2009 after graduating from ENSAE with a specialization in Quantitative Marketing. Today, as a Partner, I’m in charge of one of Ekimetrics’ key accounts, a leader in the world of cosmetics. As part of this, I’m lucky enough to work a lot internationally, with our five offices, and to work on very different assignments ranging from CRM and data science to MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling).
Having the opportunity to include international mobility into my learning journey was amazing! It opened a new perspective about the world and my job, and I've grown in so many ways. I encourage everyone to participate in our international mobility program; keep in mind that it requires effort and change but it is so worth it!
